Wombat Rise Sanctuary was setup as a home for injured and orphaned native wildlife and is within easy reach of Adelaide, South Australia.
It is a private sanctuary and we are not open to the public but we would be happy to show anyone around should you wish to drop in. It would probably be a good idea to contact us first via email or 'phone as we would hate you to have had a wasted journey.
The best time of day to visit would be about two hours before sunset although you are welcome anytime. Allow about two hours for your stay or longer - depending on your level of interest.
